Puissance and have recently completed the successful re-location of Ipswich Borough Council from Civic Drive to their new prestigious offices at Grafton House.
Phases one and Two - took place over a number of weekends moving entire departmental functions from, close of business on Friday to being fully operational on the Monday morning.
There were in excess of 500 desktop PC's, various printers and other equipment to be carefully packed, transported and re-installed on the correct desks at the new location.
This required very careful labelling and a considerable amount of planning on the part of Ipswich Borough Council staff.
The physical moving of 'crated' equipment was undertaken by Wyards Removals and completed seamlessly, with great attention to detail, under demanding conditions.
Phases Three and Four - again took place over two weekends and involved the re-location of practically the entire Comms Room at Civic Drive to the purpose built suite in Grafton House. Quite a daunting task, given the tight deadlines and the requirement to be fully operational on Monday mornings. Each Cabinet and Server was moved by Puissance without incident.
Puissance and Bentek are pleased to have been able to provide this service to IBC. Howard Gaskin commented ...............................
"The relocation of desktops and servers was exceptionally smooth. This, I’m sure, was mostly due to the high level of professionalism, experience and competency displayed by the Puissance/Bentek staff – I would use these guys again." |
